炸带鱼的做法
1.
准备好所需食材。

将带鱼去头去尾清除内脏,清洗干净切成段,放入适量盐、花椒、姜片、料酒腌制半个小时左右。

面粉里加入适量水调成面糊。

锅里倒入油,油烧到六七成热。

用筷子夹着带鱼,正反面粘上面糊。(也可以只裹干面粉,看自家喜好。)

6.
放入带鱼段,等面糊定型再翻面。

批量放入带鱼一起炸,炸到两面金黄时就可以捞出了。
