1.食材:饺子粉、安琪酵母。

2.饺子粉里放入盐,用温水调和。

3.揉成光滑的面团,盖上湿布。

4.发酵至2倍大。面团起蜂窝状.

5.把发好的面团倒入面板上,揉成均匀的光滑面团。

6.揉成长条,下成四个剂子,擀成中间稍厚的圆皮。

7.准备好果酱。

8.在圆皮上面放入果酱。
9.把圆皮的边拢在一起封严。

10.剂口朝下,擀成圆饼。

11.锅烧热,放入油。

12.把圆饼,放入锅里烙至金黄色。

13.反过来把另一面也烙至金黄色,饼熟即可。
