大骨洗净,冷水下锅煮开去血水去腥,水开后捞出冲洗干净

红枣枸杞用冷水泡发一下(可以提前泡,也可大骨下冷水锅的时候泡,几分钟就好)

切姜片,枸杞红枣洗净,红枣去核待用(老妈说红枣的核容易上火,个人习惯可去可不去)

将大骨和姜片放入锅内,加冷水盖上,煮沸后大火煮十分钟然后加入枸杞红枣转小火煲40~50分钟

因为淮山容易煮烂出锅前半个小时加入淮山即可,淮山去皮切片(忘记拍己处理好的照片)不能切太薄0.5厘米就可以了)加入盐,继续小火半个小时

加入淮山半个小时后关火

热腾腾香喷喷的汤好了,冬天春天都合适,不喜欢淮山的可以改放玉米胡萝卜(如果是玉米胡萝卜放红枣的时候就要一起放)
