【摘 要】随着改革开放的深入，绝大多数企业都已强烈意识到人才的竞争已成为现代企业竞争的核心。如何提高员工满意度，留住人才，是各企业在日趋激烈的竞争中面临的最严峻课题。
【Abstract】With the deepening of reform and opening up， the vast majority of enterprises have strongly realized that the competition of talent has become the core of modern enterprise competition. How to improve employee’s satisfaction and retain talents is the most serious problem faced by enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition.

1 研究背景、目的
工作满意度的考察活动是在二十世纪中后期才逐渐兴起的。提高员工满意度是企业发展的重要目标，也是知识经济发展的需要。员工满意度是企业了解员工思想、发现企业管理中的不足、形成干事创业的氛围的有效途径。通过对企业员工满意度策略提升的研究，为降低员工流失率、促进员工绩效提升提供了支持，从而为企业吸引人、有效利用和保留人才
