斯卡波罗集市（SCARBOROUGH FAIR）改编自一首十七世纪英格兰民谣，其起源可一直追溯到中世纪。它曾被英国民歌之父麦考选进他编辑的一本介绍英国民歌的书中。后来英国民歌手马汀卡西（Martin Carthy）在原歌的基础上加进了自己的再创造（尤其是里面那优美的吉它伴奏），把它变成了一首非常优美的爱情歌曲。
