1.本鸡清理干净

2.烧一锅水,放入姜片和花雕酒。

3.烧开后,放入鸡。

4.盖上盖,大火烧5分钟,关火,焖10分钟。

5.捞出鸡,冷却。

6.冷却后切成块

7.另起一锅,放入姜片和花雕酒。

8.水开后,放入盐。

9.加点鸡精

10.盐水彻底冷却后,倒入鸡块中,浸半天。

11.装盘
小贴士
一定要等鸡和盐水都彻底冷却了,再倒在一起浸泡。
