There are no understanding or agreements between the Owner and the Contractor that not fully expressed herein. No modification of this Contract shall be valid unless the same is agreed in writing by the Parties hereto and issued as an amendment to the Contract. 在本合同里，业主和承包商之间对于理解或协定的表述已不存在未详尽事宜。 除非同样经由本合同的各方代表同意修改并签署作为本合同的修订本，否则将不具备法律效力。
