1. Bounce the Ball 拍球
Try to bounce the ball with your fingers. Push the ball towards
the ground and it will bounce back
up.
试着用手指拍球。用力向地上拍，它会自己弹起来。
2. Dribble the Ball 运球
Now that you got the hang of
bouncing the ball, let's try to dribble the
ball. Just walk while you bounce. This is called
dribbling.
既然你学会拍球了，咱们试试运球。边拍球边走，这就叫运球。
3. Throw / Toss the Ball 扔球
Baby, throw / toss the ball in the
air.
宝宝，把球抛向空中。
4. Pass the Ball 传球
Baby, pass the ball to mommy. Just
throw it in the air, but towards mommy.
宝贝，把球传给妈妈。把球扔到空中，不过要冲着妈妈。
5. Catch the Ball 接球
Mommy is going to pass the ball back
to you. Keep your arms out and
try to catch it.
妈妈现在要把球回传给你。张开双臂，试着把球接住。
6. Basketball Court 篮球场
Now that you have nailed down the basic skills, let’s go play at the
basketball court.

7. Tip off 开球
Let mommy tip off the
game.
妈妈来开球。
8. Basket / Hoop 篮框
Baby, do you see the basket / hoop? Can you try to throw the ball into the basket / hoop?
宝贝，你看见篮筐了吗？你能试着把球扔进篮筐里吗？
9. Shoot the Ball 投篮
When you are ready, try to aim at
the basket and shoot the ball.
你准备好之后，试着瞄准篮框，投篮。
10. Backboard 篮板
You can also shoot the ball at the
backboard so that the ball
bounces back into the
basket.
你也可以把球扔到篮板上，让它反弹进入篮筐。
