1.在C盘直接找C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer找到iexplore.exe然后右键，发送到桌面快捷方式、
2.1、首先创建记事本，将如下注册表代码拷贝到记事本中，文件另存为，即文件名为.reg,如文件名为（桌面IE9图标.reg）保存类型为（所有文件）.系统要是装在别的盘,把代码里的盘符改成所在的系统盘符即可.

2、双击运行保存的注册表文件
3、回到桌面上刷新下，看是不是IE9图标出来了，而并非是快捷方式图标，可以通过右击图标选择属性，打开Internet属性窗口。
同时删除Win7桌面IE9图标的方法：
