Dear Johnson,
I am writing this letter to tell you that I have got the company’s first half year marketing report. In recent months, the company’s product sales dropped by 20%, and even 50% in some areas. The main reason is that we didn’t keep a close contact with the agents. Next Monday morning we will have a department manager meeting and the marketing department will be asked to put forward some detailed plans to improve the product sales.
