Job responsibilities:
(1) is responsible for drafting, review and modify the all kinds of legal documents, important rules and regulations and the contract;
(2) responsible for the company's legal risk review, involved in litigation and arbitration legal affairs;
(3) is responsible for the company major decision provides legal feasibility, validity and the legal risk analysis;
(4) to assist the company functional departments to handle the relevant legal affairs and review the relevant legal documents, and provide legal advice to business activities;
(5) is responsible for communication and cooperation with external lawyers, legal counsel;
(6) is responsible for complete other work assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
(1) bachelor degree or above, major in law; Three years of work experience, with qualification;
(2) knowledge of IT related law and regulations of the industry; (3) familiar with office software and office automation equipment; (4) has the strong communication skills, coordination ability, language ability, proficient in English; (5) able to withstand strong pressure of work, the work is careful, serious, rigorous, has the team spirit;
