1.准备好原材料;

2.将咸蛋黄放入加盖的容器中, 高火打1分半钟;

3.南瓜容器表面覆盖上保鲜膜,放入微博炉中高火打三分钟;

4.咸蛋黄拿出来后趁热用勺碾碎;

5.烧热锅,锅中放入少许油, 下入咸蛋黄末翻炒;

6.翻炒至咸蛋黄冒细小的泡泡时;

7.下入准备好的南瓜条;

8.轻轻翻动南瓜条,让蛋黄细末全部均匀的裹在南瓜条的表面上, 下入小葱即可;

9.装入盘中。

1. 咸蛋黄放入微波炉中高火打1分半钟(当然也可以蒸熟), 拿出后趁热碾碎, 越碎越好;
