1.南瓜去皮切块蒸熟,趁热加糖压成泥

7.用刀切成均匀的小份

8.取一份两手按住反方向搓上劲后绕起来再搓,最后成麻花状

9.搓好以后成麻花状,静置10分钟

10.锅中倒入适量油,待油7-8成热时下麻花坯,中小火炸至金黄即可捞出
