如何区别thousand，thousands（of）等等这些区别

thousand是基数词，表示数量1000，比如athousandwords，
thousands是thousand的复数形式,表示n个1000,比如twothousandswords，如果是在说数字,则没有-s,例如2100（twothousandandonehundred）.
thousandsof是固定短语，译为"成千的,数千的",后面跟可数名词的复数形式，比如thousandsofwords（上千字）
