经理在:
电话响:接起:good morning / afternoon ,evening ,..........company !
客人:good morning , may i speak to mr .../ ms ....
你:may i know who is that speaking ?
客人:this is .......from ....company , i'd like to speak with .....
你:okey ,pls hold on
然后把电话保留,告诉经理谁的电话看愿不愿意接,如果愿意,则直接转过去,如果不愿意接,则同经理不在的情况一样处理,如下:
你:hello , sir/ ms.., sorry ,he /she is not in , could i take a message for you ?
客人:oh ,i will call him later
或者是:客人:okey ,pls ,this is ... from company ,my telephone is ...... ,pls tell him/her call me back ! Tku
如果没听清楚,你说:sir ,pardon ?
如果清楚了就说句:谢谢
