[abstract]
Objective: To explore the causes of temporary catheter replacement in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) for ICU patients, summarize and analyze the causes, and put forward corresponding nursing countermeasures to reduce the incidence of temporary catheter replacement in CRRT.
Methods: The patients with temporary catheter replantation in our department from 2016 to 2017 were counted and the causes were analyzed. Results: From 2016 to 2017, 124 patients with CRRT and 12 patients with temporary catheter replantation were found. The main causes were poor blood flow of vascular access, patient's own causes and improper operation of medical staff.
Conclusion: In the treatment of CRRT, appropriate nursing intervention can effectively prolong the time of vascular access and reduce temporary catheter replantation.
