at present 意为 此刻，现在。 与right now等用法的区分如下 :
now大多数情况都可以用； Now is the best time to visit Paris.
at present特指现在这个时刻. We don't need it at present.
at the moment表示此刻、当时. I am very busy at the moment.
只有 right now 是表示现在马上的意思,并且它只能用在现在时. We must start right now!
另外就是 ，
1.at the present time 此处present是 形容词
2.at present 此处present是 名词 虽然词性不同,但两个短语意思一样 都是目前、现在之意 = at this time ; now
