第二部分 Business - Long Stay (subclass 457) visa
This is the most commonly used program for employers to sponsor overseas workers to work in Australia on a temporary basis. （这是最常见的由雇主担保的外国人在澳大利亚工作的签证项目。）
You must:（申请人须符合派滑下列条件：）
• be sponsored by an employer（由雇主担保）
• have skills, qualifications, experience and an employment background which match those required for the position（技能、资格、经验和职业背景与职位符合）
• have an offer of employment from your sponsor（有保证人发的雇佣要约）
• meet the English language requirement unless eligible for a waiver（如果不具备豁免条件，须达到需要的英文水平）
• be eligible to hold a license or registration for your position (if required)（如果职业要求，须具有从业资格证书或登记）
• be paid the rate of guaranteed salary specified in your relevant nomination, based on the market salary rate for your position.（将蚂羡竖被付给有关职位符合市场定位的薪水）

第三部分 在具有457VISA基础上，可以申请的永久居留签证
1. Regional Sponsored Nomination Scheme (subclass 119) visa
The Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) allows employers in regional and low population growth areas of Australia, to sponsor employees for a permanent visa to work in Australia.
You must:
• have been nominated by an employer who is willing to employ you to work full-time in an eligible occupation for at least two years
• satisfy any registration, licensing or professional membership requirements that allow you to work within the occupation.
Unless exceptional circumstances apply:
• have an Australian equivalent trade, diploma or higher qualification that is relevant to the occupation
• be under 45 years of age
• be able to demonstrate Functional English language ability.
2. Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 121) visa
The Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) allows Australian employers to sponsor employees for a permanent visa to work in Australia
You must:
• have been nominated by an employer who is willing to employ you to work full-time in an occupation listed on the Employer Nomination Scheme Occupation List (ENSOL) for at least three years
• satisfy any registration, licensing or professional membership requirements that allow you to work within the occupation
• satisfy one of the following skill requirements:
o be able to provide evidence that your qualification, skills and experience have been assessed as suitable by the relevant skills assessing authority and unless exceptional circumstances apply, have at least three years prior work experience in the occupation
o have been nominated for a position with a base salary of more than AUD165 000.
Unless exceptional circumstances apply:
• be under 45 years of age
• be able to demonstrate Vocational English language ability.
3.Skilled - Independent - Migrant (subclass 175) visa
This visa allows you to migrate to Australia if you have good English language skills and have skills and qualifications in an occupation in need in Australia.
You must:
• be under 45 years of age
• have the skills and qualifications that meet the Australian standard for an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) that applies to your circumstances
• meet the Australian study requirement, or meet the recent work experience requirement (you must have worked for 12 months in the last 24 months in any occupation on the applicable SOL)
• meet the English language requirement.
Note: You must pass a points test. The pass mark is 120 points.
第四部分 永久居留简介
永久居留的英文是Permanent Residence,所以通常也称为PR。永久居留是一种权利，这种权利让获得永久居留权的人可以在该国永远居住下去，并在许多方面与该国公民享受同等待遇。
澳洲的永久居留权实际是用一张永久居留签证贴在原居住国护照上来体现的。永久居留签证除了可以让你永远居住在澳洲，并可以在5年时间内自由的、无限次的往返于澳洲。同时，澳洲永久居留签证持有者可以自由地到新西兰定居，享有新西兰绿卡的所有权利。
从福利政策的角度来说，新的永久居留签证持有者在最初2年内不得申请失业救济、紧急综合救济和学生津贴，其他福利都一样，如免费中小学教育、学生贷款、免费医疗等。在持有绿卡2年后，就可以享受所有澳洲福利。
澳大利亚永久居民(Australian Permanent Resident.)是还没入籍但持有永久签证者，永久居民可以无限期的在澳大利亚留下、居住和进入，永久签证有效期通常为5年。在获得五年多次往返永久居民签证后，一般须在半年至一年内作第一次入境，签证上会写明第一次入境的最后限期，逾期不进入澳大利亚则该签证将作废。第一次入境后可随意进出澳大利亚，并没有每年规定住多少天的限制。
如果在永久居民签证即将过期时，你还未符合申请入籍条件，或不愿意加入澳籍，请根据以下情况来申办延期居民多次往返签证：
1、你身处澳大利亚境内，短期内不计划离开，则无须申请任何延期签证，尽管你的永久居民往返签证已过期，只要不出境，你的永久居民身份不会因往返签证过期而受到任何影响，当你需要出境的时候，可向移民局申请延期居民多次往返签证，情况如下：
(1)你过去5年内在澳大利亚境内累积住满2年或以上，则可获延期5年居民多次往返签证；
(2)你与澳大利亚有牢固和利益关系，并有不可抗力的原因来解释超过5年不在澳大利亚居住的理由（须提供证明材料），则可获延期五年居民多次往返签证；(3)你过去5年内在澳大利亚境内累积居住1天或以上，并有不可抗力的原因来解释超过五年不在澳大利亚居住的理由（须提供证明材料），则可获延期3个月居民多次往返签证；(4)如你是5年或3个月居民多次往返签证的现有或即将持有者的配偶、子女或直系亲属，你也有资格获得居民多次往返签证(无论你是与你的家属同时申请或在他们之后申请)，你的签证有效期将与你家属的签证一样；(5)在以上获延期的五年居民多次往返签证在五年后将面临过期时，届时须按(1)、(2)或(4)的情况申请延期签证，即每5年各须累积住满二年或以上才可一直延期下去，当然，符合(2)或(4)条件的申请人也可获得延期；(6)如没有有效的居民多次往返签证却贸然出境，则有可能丧失返澳资格。
2、你身处澳大利亚境外，须在签证过期前到澳大利亚大使馆申请延期，条件与上相同。
澳大利亚对新移民的居住要求非常宽松，没规定新移民每年须在澳大利亚居住一定日期，而且一个家庭只须一人住满所须居住要求即可全家获得签证延期，所以你获得澳大利亚永久居民签证后，可先到澳大利亚作第一次入境，其后可按个人需要前往其它国家发展，五年内随时赴澳定居即可。
此外，澳大利亚永久居民还可以随时进出新西兰，或甚至在当地工作或居住，无须申请任何签证；但新西兰永久居民若想前往澳大利亚则须申请签证，只有新西兰公民才可免签证进入澳大利亚。
