1.红小豆洗干净前提用冷水浸泡1小时。这样煮粥时红小豆会熟的快些。

2.红枣洗一遍后用冷水浸泡15分钟左右,看枣有些膨胀时再洗。枣膨胀些再洗,是以方便将红枣皮皱纹里的脏物洗干净。

3.备好黑米。

4.食材洗干净一同放入高压锅中,加适量水,浸泡红小豆的水也一同倒入锅中, 盖上锅盖,加阀煮30分钟后关火。
5.待高压锅可以打开锅盖时,向粥里加冰糖。
