SANLink28G光纤通道Thunderbolt2转换器作用：
设有两个8Gbps光纤通道埠，能与8Gb、4Gb、2Gb及1Gb的光纤通道装置自动交涉，且能兼容Apple8GbpsSFP-SFP连接线与配备光纤线缆的光纤SFP。SANLink2转换器能在单个Thunderbolt2连线中以全双工频宽执行，并提供完全原生的光纤通道速度。两个Thunderbolt2I/O连接埠可让SANLink2同时串连多达六台Thunderbolt或Thunderbolt2装置，包括PROMISEPegasus2Thunderbolt2RAID储存系统、AppleThunderboltDisplay及各种MiniDisplayPort装置。
