1、下载解压后，以管理员身份双击ElementInstaller1.0.345.exe文件进行安装，安装到你的AE插件目录。
2、进入Crack文件夹，选择你系统对应版本的Element.aex文件，替换掉你刚刚安装的插件目录内原来的Element.aex文件(x32forCS4,x64forCS5/CS6)
3、运行AE，为任一层（或新建层）添加Element3DEffect特效，这时会弹出许可请求。
