变否定句和一般疑问句跟谁开头没有关系
改写否定句和一般疑问句的规则如下：
改写否定句：
句子中有be动词的，在be动词后面加not，be包括am，is，are，was，were
It's my car.→ It is not my car.
He is watching TV now. He is not watching TV now
句子中有实义动词的，要先加助动词（do,did,does），再加not
He like reading before. → He didn't like reading before.
She passed the exam. → She didn't pass the exam.
句子中有情态动词(will,would,can,could,may,might等)，在情态动词后面加not
My pen pal can speak English. →My pen pal can't speak English.
You should tell him the truth. →You shouldn't tell him the truth.
句子中有be动词的，把be动词提前，其他成分照抄，句末变问号
It is my book.→ Is it my book?
He is cooking. → Is he cooking?
句子中有实义动词的，要使用助动词开头，句中的实义动词变回原形，其他成分照抄，句末变问号
She lives in Beijing. ---- Does she live in Beijing?
He ran last nigh. ---- Did he run last night？
句中有情态动词的，把情态动词提前，其他成分照抄，句末变问号
I can spell many words. ---- Can you spell many words?
He must stay at home. ---- Must he stay at home?
