Stephen Kaggwa is a "highly educated" Ugandan and young U.S. restaurateur.
Kaggwa immigrated to the USA from Uganda in 2002. Since 2006 he has owned and administrates an African (Ugandan) cuisine restaurant called Tam Tam's in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The quote, "Try and fail, but don't fail to try," is attributed to him.
