名词和数词作定语的相关问题

there is a beautiful garden in the front of the building. 

里面有二个定语。一个是形容词beautiful，另一个是介词短语in the front of the building. 但没有做定语的名词。

He is always the first one to arrive here. 这儿只有一个数词one，但是是表语，不是定语。序数词first在这儿是形容词，就如the last one 中的last一样，已不是数词了。
