ThepreventiveEnterostomyistemporaryintestinalbypass,itspurposeistoensurethatanastomotichealingandpreventtheoccurrenceofleakygut,andinavarietyofcausesofacutecolonicseriousobstructionoranteriorresectionforlowrectalcancersurgerytakepreventiveintestinalstomahasbecomeacommonlyusedsurgicalmethods.
TraditionalpreventiveintestinalstomaneedtoopenthelineagainEnterostomybacksatisfiedandanastomosistorestorecontinuityoftheintestine,therebyincreasingthephysicaltraumatopatients.TheperiodJanuary2005toApril2012,78casesinourhospitalpreventiveileumorcolostomypatients,including26casesofthe"T"typeofpreventiveileostomysurgery.Twopreventivecolostomyinpatientswithclinicaldata,weconductedaretrospectivestudyandstatisticalanalysistoinvestigatetheclinicalvalueisnowreportedasfollows
