上面这段英文，就不是“fully justified”，因为第一行右端出现了空白，与第二行的字母没有对齐。
在Word的里排版，默认总是“fully justified”，因为一旦出现某个单词在一行之内放不下，那么这个单词会放在下一行，而上一行的其它单词之间的间距会自动增大，以填充出现的空白。
简单地说，“fully justified”，就是Word里的“两端对齐”
