一、有利于……

1. be conducive to
   例如Team-based learning may also be conductive to this effort.  
   团队为基础的学习也可能有助于这方面的努力。

2. in favour of

   例如We are in favor of her promotion to president.我们赞成她升为总裁。

3. make for

   例如The same principle may make for smoother
   writing.
   这同一原则也可使文章写得更通顺。

4. to the benefit of

   例如The agreement inures to the benefit of the
   employees.

   这协定对雇员的权益有利。

   二、不利于……

    1.go against

        例如The war is going against us.这场战争对我们很不利。

    2.adverse to

        例如Their assistance is adverse to promoting my plan .

        他们的帮助不利于进行我的计划。

    3.be bad for

       例如Too much greasy food is bad for you.
       太油腻的食物对你不利。
