Looking back on my work for the past one year,I have found out a lot of imperfections to overcome-like not enough carefulness with the work, a lack of initiatives for work and a to-be-imporoved ability in communication.
After one year's work,I still find a lot of shortcomings in myself.For example,I was not careful enough with my work,I didn't take enough initiatives to do the work and I haven't done very well in communication with others.
