摘要：会计岗位在建设银行管理中承担重要角色，好的会计岗位设置能给建设银行带来效益，能提高各岗位之间的竞争力。然而通过调查发现长沙市天心区建设银行会计岗位设置存在许多问题，其主要原因是柜台业务繁重，压柜现象严重；会计人员少，岗位多，造成混岗；会计队伍专业素质不高，不能胜任岗位要求，对这些问题进行分析，并提出了一些建议。因此，长沙市天心区会计岗位设置所隐藏的风险问题不容忽视。
