The company is dedicated to the research and development of prospective technology, pays great attention to the recruitment of foreign advanced management consultants and domestic excellent professionals, strengthens the development and cultivation of technical personnel and R&D talents, intends to build up a top group of numerical control and precision finishing in China so as to provide the powerful technical support and guarantee to the sustainable development of the company. Through the human resources planning, the company has had a group that all management personnel at mid and above level possess at least a Junior College Degree and the number of Junior College Degree (or above) holding staff is 35 in the departments of technology, engineering and quality assurance.
2、公 司 发 展 史:Company history
1999年采用半自动车床,主要加工螺栓、螺丝帽等五金小配件;
Semi-automatic lathe was adopted in 1999, and it mainly processed small hardware accessories such as bolt, nut and so on;
2000年引进国产数控车床,进入数控加工领域,产品涉及汽车零部件、仪表零部件、流体接头等产品;
Numerically controlled lathe made in China was introduced in 2000, and it entered the NC processing field and its products were automobile parts, instrument parts, fluid connectors and so on;
2003年开始公司逐步开始更新设备,引进日产大隈数控车床、加工中心等设备,进入精密加工行业;

2006年引进大隈车削中心、立式车床等设备;

2008年引进八轴车铣复合加工中心等高精密设备;

It is planned that the new factory building with 10000 square meters will be constructed in 2010; the high-tech projects will be brought in as one of the core development of the company in the future. The company business will penetrate into other specialized processing areas on the basis of common processing areas and open the business of products and components.
