No substantial dissatisfaction indeed. Just want to transfer working environment and embrace more challenging opportunities.My boss is very kind, actually, from whom I enhanced my capability, identified my potentials and improved professional skills. Why I left the previous workplace is that I am bored with routine tasks though my KPI is excellent and I want to climb higher.
