I think there are a variety of ways to manage our time.
Firstly, we should set some achievable goals. Make sure these goals are sensible, motivating, attainable, realistic.For example, we will have completed the necessary training courses and gain the target scores within 2 years' time.
Secondly, we can make effective scheduling. This means using our pen and paper to write down a weekly planner.For example, establish the time we want to make available for our practice.
Thirdly, energize ourself. Sometimes our energy levels may be low. When this happens, we can find various solutions, such as taking a nap,doing exercise, or eating some vitamin.
