Solution:
1. Uninstall the Autodesk product.
2. Make sure that you disable your Antivirus software during the installation.
NOTE: If you are using
ESET Antivirus, you may need to completely uninstall it using the tool at this link:
http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN146
3. Reinstall the Autodesk product.
4. Once the Autodesk product has been reinstalled and you have
verified that it launches successfully, you can re-enable your antivirus
software (and reinstall ESET Antivirus if you uninstalled it).
