第一个是带后置定语的名词短语，结构是
“名词 a teacher ＋形容词短语 strict with ...”。汉语的定语无论多长，都要放在被修饰名词前面，如 “一位对学生严格的教师”；英语则不同，凡是用短语或句子（介词短语、不定式短语、分词短语、定语从句）作定语，都必须放在被修饰名词后面，如上面的汉语翻译为英语就得把 “对学生严格” 这一意思短语或句子的形式后置修饰 teacher，例如：
〔形容词短语〕a teacher strict with his students
〔不定式短语〕a teacher to be strict with his students
〔定语从句〕a teacher who is strict with his students
第二个句子是陈述句，疑问句需要用倒装语序——
~ Is it a difficult question to snswer?
~ Is it difficult to answer the question
