Merger of diabetes patients with benign prostate hyperplasia of perioperative period

Methods 47 patients with diabetes mellitus in patients with benign prostate hyperplasia of the perioperative management analysis. Results all of 47 patients aged 51-85, average 71, an enlarged prostate Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ degrees, all cases of type 2 diabetic patients, fasting plasma glucose concentrations in mmol/L 7.5 ~ 173 respectively, with different types of complications and complications. Through the perioperative blood glucose control, close monitoring and correcting unbalanced metabolism, improve organ function, all patients were recovered after the surgery was successfully. Conclusion active perioperative treatment for patients with smooth operation and postoperative rehabilitation through has important significance is to ensure the safe operation, reliable method.
