我最喜欢的运动是高温瑜伽!我喜欢它是因为它可愈让我维持身体的柔韧性 并很健康。高温瑜伽是在室内温度为38~40度的高温环境下、进行的瑜伽练习!很累 会流很多汗、所以要不断补充水分!我每周都会练习5~6次高温瑜伽!
