1. I am working on assigned works of company information, including corporate development plan in near, middle and long term, capitals and financial situation, corporate regulations of systems, operational standards, allocation plan, strategic plan, business plan, cooperational entit and modes, list of clients, technique notes and documents, designing outline, freight source information, strategies of producing and marketing, confidential data, designs of programming, means, techniques and formula, as well as corporate marketing plan, business of clients documents, trading prices and pricing policy, financial accounting, material purchasing, personnel management, and all relevant information, charts, documents, computer software of company's inside systems and others relate to marketing activities and modes of the first party.
2. The forms of Confidential Business Information in this agreement including but not limited to information carriers as words, computer documents, pictures, audio-visual materials.
